Consultant at General Surgery Department,

Beijing Tongren Hospital, Capital Medical University

I handle over 2,000 emergency cases annually and perform more than 200 surgeries each year, particularly focusing on acute abdominal emergencies like appendicitis and pancreatitis. I am passionate about researching fundamental pathophysiological issues in liver surgery and exploring the physiological limits of the liver, including topics such as liver regeneration and postoperative liver function failure.

In my research endeavors, I have led an internal funding project and contributed to various initiatives, including the Beijing Natural Science Foundation and Capital Clinical Specialty Application Research Project. I have published over 10 papers and co-authored a monograph on liver cancer.

I also hold active roles in professional organizations, serving as a young member of the Laparoscopic Endoscopy Expert Committee of the China Medical Promotion Association's General Surgery Branch, a member of the Public Health Service Branch of the Chinese Geriatrics Society, and a member of the General Surgery Branch of the Beijing Association of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.
